RESOLUTION ! 2017 <br />TOWN COUNCIL OF MOORESVILLE, INDIANA <br />DECLARATORY RESOLUTION FOR THE DESIGNATION <br />OF AN ECONOMIC REVITALIZATION AREA <br />WHEREAS, the Town of Mooresville, Indiana (the "Town") has <br />been requested by Angermeier & Wathen, LLC (the "Applicant") to <br />find pursuant to IC 6-1.1-12.1-2 that the area described as 1260 <br />S. Old SR 67, Mooresville, Morgan County, Indiana (the "Area") <br />is an "Economic Revitalization Area" within the meaning of IC 6- <br />1.1-12.1-1(1); <br />WHEREAS, the Mooresville Town Council (the "Council") has <br />prepared (i) a simplified description of the boundaries of the <br />Area by describing its location in relation to public ways, <br />streams or otherwise or (ii) maps and plat that identify the <br />Area, attached as Exhibit "A"; <br />WHEREAS, the Area is located within the jurisdiction of the <br />Council for the purposes set forth in IC 6-1.1-12.1-2; <br />WHEREAS, the Applicant plans to construct a new building as <br />described in an Application and a related Statement of Benefits <br />submitted by the Applicant to the Council (collectively, the <br />"Application") to be located on the area described as 1260 S. <br />Old SR 67, Mooresville, Morgan County, Indiana (the "Project"); <br />WHEREAS, the Project will consist of the construction of a <br />building as outlined in the Statement of Benefits which <br />qualifies as real property to be used by the Applicant, as its <br />owner, for use in the direct production and manufacturing <br />process done by Applicant; <br />
