PETITION FOR ANNEXATION <br />INTO THE TOWN OF MOORESVILLE <br />The undersigned hereby request that the Town of Mooresville pass an ordinance <br />annexing the territory described below into the Town: <br />Thatportion of the Northeast Quarter of Section 14, Township 13 North, Range 1 East and the <br />Northwest and Southwest Quarters of Section 13, Township 13 North, Range 1 East of the <br />Second Principal Meridian in Morgan County, Indiana, described as follows: <br />BEGINNING at the intersection of the east line of said Northeast Quarter and the north right of <br />way line of Merriman Road; thence westerly along, said right of way line 2042 feet, more or less, <br />to the west right of way line of Bethel Road; thence northerly along said right of way line 1760 <br />feet, more or less, to a point on the westerly extension of the south line of the plat of White Lick <br />Creek Park, Block `A"; thence easterly along said south line and the south line of the Flagstaff <br />Business Parkplat 2455.5 feet, more or less; thence northerly along the east line of the Flagstaff <br />plat 858 feet, more or less; thence easterly along the sound line of the Flagstaff plat 238 feet, <br />more or less, to the west right of way line of State Road 67; thence southerly along said west line <br />445 feet, more or less; thence easterly 218 feet, more or less, to the east right of way line of State <br />Road 67; thence southerly along said right of way line 519 feet, more or less, to the westerly <br />extension of the north line of the plat of Brookmoore Subdivision; thence easterly along said <br />extension 5 feet, more or less, to the northwest corner of said plat; thence southerly along the <br />west line of said plat and its southerly extension 1 729feet, more or less, to the south right of way <br />line of Merriman Road; thence westerly along said right of way line 20 feet, more or less, to the <br />east right of way line of State Road 67; thence northerly and northwesterly along said right of <br />way line 288 feet, more or less; thence southerly 300 feet, more or less, to said east right of way <br />line; thence westerly 220 feet, more or less, to the west right of way line of State Road 67; thence <br />northwesterly and northerly along said right of way line 289 feet, more or less, to the north right <br />of way line of Merriman Road; thence westerly along said right of way line 54 feet, more or less, <br />to the POINT OF BEGINNING, containing 116 acres, more or less. <br />Niles Pauley <br />Owner of Described Property <br />23646467.1 <br />
