SECTION VII. If the employee is a Supervisor or salaried employee the amount shall <br />be $.50 per hour up to 40 hours per week to be added to their income. <br />The Street Superintendent shall be entitled to comp time versus overtime due to his <br />position being one of supervisor and head of the department and other employees. <br />The Street Superintendent shall be entitled to compensation time and shall receive time <br />off at the rate of 1 to 1, for every hour in excess of 40 hours worked he shall receive <br />1 hour time off as compensation. <br />Full -Time employees of the MVH Department shall receive as a benefit 14.2% of the <br />employee's salary paid by the Town to PERF. <br />SECTION VIII. WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT <br />Paid from WWTP Rate of Pay (to be paid in equal bi-weekly <br />increments for salary and rate of pay by <br />hourly pay periods bi-weekly) <br />Treatment Plant Superintendent $2,283.07 <br />Skilled Treatment Plant Operator 22.54 per hour <br />Unskilled Treatment Plant Operator 18.76 per hour <br />
