(b) Laundromats, laundry, candy or ice cream store, delicatessen, offices,
<br /> drugstore, fabric shop, floor covering store, florist shop, gift shop,
<br /> haberdashery or women's ready-to-wear shop, hardware or paint store, hobby
<br /> shop, jewelry store, meat market, shoe store, variety store, bank branch,
<br /> funeral home, barber shop, beauty shop, churches and schools.
<br />(c) Special Exception: See use listings.
<br />(d) Restrictions: Total square footage no greater than five thousand square feet.
<br /> Outside storage must be screened fi.om public view. Merchant can display
<br /> retail items not manufactured on site, not including inventory, on the outside.
<br /> Sign restrictions: Limit of two signs, no greater than fifty square feet each.
<br /> No blinking signs. No freestanding signs. See Section 3 and Table 3b, also
<br /> Table 4a, Parking.

<br />IX. B-3 - GENERAL BUSINESS DISTRICT
<br />
<br /> This district is designed to include areas suitable for most other types of business
<br />and higher volume retail sales uses not included in the B-1 or B-2 business districts.
<br />
<br />(a) Representative Uses: Wholesale businesses, motels, hotels, drive-in eating
<br /> establishments, shopping centers, taverns, restaurants, gasoline stations, golf
<br /> driving range, skating fink, bowling alley, nightclub and similar enterprises,
<br /> carpenter shop, electrical or heating shop, dry cleaning shop, sign painting
<br /> shop, mini warehouses.
<br />(b) Special Exceptions: The following uses shall be by special exception only:
<br /> The automobile repair, tire stores, truck repair, trailer repair, trailer sales, farm
<br /> implements sales, automobile sales, and body shops. Also, see use listings.
<br />(c) Restrictions: No blinking or moving signs or signs which change colors, one
<br /> freestanding sign allowed per acre of ground or less which shall stand no
<br /> higher than thirty-five feet. The gross area in square feet of all signs on a
<br /> business shall have no more than three signs plus the fi.eestanding sign.
<br /> Outside display allowed for retail sales items not manufactured on site and not
<br /> inventoried outside. Outside storage allowed but must be screened fi.om
<br /> public view.
<br />(d) Height regulations, yard requirements, lot area, frontages and setbacks,
<br /> parking by square footage. (See Section 3 and Table 3, 3b and see also
<br /> Parking Table 4b.)

<br />X. B-4 - HEAVY BUSINESS
<br />
<br />This district shall consist of automobile repair, tire stores with service centers,
<br />truck repair, trailer repair, trailer sales, farm implement repair and dealers,
<br />automobile sales and service and body shops.
