An establishment that provides services <br /> for treating the human body by rubbing, stroking, <br /> kneading, tapping or similar treatment with the human <br /> hand. (This would exclude chiropractic treatment and <br /> physical therapy by a licensed chiropractor or licensed <br /> physical therapist, respectively.) <br /> <br />(h) <br /> <br />Bath House. An establishment for providing bathing, <br />sauna, steam room and/or lavatory facilities for male <br />and/or female persons which promotes its services by <br />using and/or advertising the use of homosexual attendants. <br /> <br />0) <br /> <br />Taxi Dance Hall. An establishment operated as a public <br />dance hall where dance partners, either male or female, are <br />available for hire for a monetary consideration payable <br />either by the dance or as part of an entrance fee or <br />membership fee. <br /> <br />0) <br /> <br />Adult Amusement Arcade. An establishment customer- <br />operated motion picture devises peep shows and/or similar <br />devices. <br /> <br />2. Other Definitions. <br /> <br />(a) Churches. A building for religious and public worship. <br /> <br />(b) <br /> <br />Park. A tract of land for public use which has been <br />designated in the Town of Mooresville's zoning use maps <br />as a public area. <br /> <br />(c) <br /> <br />Residential Neighborhoods. Any residential use within the <br />Town of Mooresville or the buffer zone of the Town of <br />Mooresville with a zoning classification of R-l, R-2, or R- <br />3 or a Mobile Home Park. <br /> <br />3. Specified Sexual Activities. For the purpose of this section, <br /> "Specified Sexual Activities" is defined as: <br /> <br />(a) Human genitals in a state of sexual stimulation or arousal: <br /> or <br /> <br />(b) Acts of human masturbation, sexual intercourse or <br /> sodomy; or <br /> 72. <br /> <br /> <br />
