<br />V. R-2. RESIDENTIAL <br /> <br />-------------------- <br /> <br />This district is designated to recognize two family <br />residential units in those areas which should be residential <br />in character. This area shall be more densely developed than <br />the R-1 districts but not as densely developed as the R-3 <br />districts. <br /> <br />R-2 shall be defined as an area for two family dwelling <br />units. <br /> <br />(a) Representative uses: Two family dwelling units, parks, <br />churches, playgrounds. <br /> <br />(b) S~ecial exceptions: <br />the m~nimum development <br />Table 3(a). <br /> <br />R-l uses are permitted which meet <br />standards under R-l (d) as shown in <br /> <br />(c) Restrictions: Height regulations, lot area, frontages, <br />setbacks. See section 3 and Table's 1 and 3a, also <br />parking Table 4a. <br /> <br />VI. R-3, RESIDENTIAL <br /> <br />------------------- <br /> <br />This district designates the most densely develo~ed <br />multi-family residential units. It includes multi-fam~ly <br />uses, consisting of three or more units with minimum lot size <br />based on the number of dwelling units in a building. The re- <br />quirements as to minimum size of lots and ground floor area <br />of buildings are less than those specified for the other <br />residential districts. <br /> <br />(a) Representative Uses: Multi-family residential <br />uses consisting of units of three dwellings per unit or <br />greater, churches, parks and playgrounds, and other <br />similar recreational uses, schools, kindergartens or <br />day nurseries, nursery schools. <br /> <br />(b) Special Exceptions: See use listings. <br /> <br />(c) Restrictions: See Section 3 and Table 1 and Table <br />3a, also Parking Table 4a. <br /> <br />B-1, B-2 AND B-3 <br /> <br />---------------- <br /> <br />INTRODUCTION TO COMMERCIAL DISTRICTS <br /> <br />The three commercial district classifications are <br />established to provide adequate areas for the variety of <br />business and commercial land uses that will be needed to <br />serve present and future residents of the jurisdictional <br />area. <br /> <br />------------------------------------ <br /> <br />19 <br />
