No advertising structure shall be erected or <br />maintained on or within an easement or right-of-way, public <br />or private, without special permission in writing from the <br />person entitled to grant such permission. <br /> <br />~. ~ Improvement L~c~tion Permit shall be re9uired for <br />the erect10n of an advert1s1ng structure. The app11cation <br />for the Improvement Location Permit shall include a plot plan <br />certified by a registered Land Surveyor, showing the exact <br />location of the proposed advertising structure and the exact <br />distance to any other advertising structures, intersections, <br />residences, etc. that are affected by the proposed structure <br />and regulated by this section. The application for an <br />Improvement Location Permit shall include a notarized <br />statement to be submitted to the Morgan County Assessor <br />showing the party responsible for future tax assessments due <br />on the advertising structure. <br /> <br />IV. SPECIFIC REGULATIONS BY DISTRICT <br /> <br />A. FP, AG, Rl, R2, R3, and B1 Districts <br /> <br />1. Signs shall be permitted in these districts subject <br />to the conditions of subsection III. A. and B. of this <br />section. In addition, the following conditions shall apply: <br /> <br />a. One non-lighted sign for each street frontage <br />shall be permitted. Maximum area per sign shall be 6 square <br />feet. Signs shall pertain only to products for sale, events <br />occurring or services rendered upon the premises. <br /> <br />b. One non-lighted name plate for each street <br />frontage shall be permitted. Maximum area per name plate <br />shall be 2 square feet. Name plates shall display only the <br />name of the property owner or lessee, the name of the <br />property and the address of the property.
