<br />CHAPTER 7 - ADULT ENTERTAINMENT ACTIVITIES - SPECIAL <br /> <br />---------------------------------------------------- <br /> <br />SECTION 7.0 <br /> <br />----------- <br /> <br />RESTRICTIONS <br /> <br />------------ <br /> <br />Adult Entertainment Activities, as herein defined, shall be <br />subject to the restrictions, re9uirements and conditions <br />contained herein. The restrict10ns, requirements and <br />conditions set forth in this section are in addition to any <br />and all other zoning requirements contained in this <br />ordinance. <br /> <br />A. Definitions. For the purpose of this ordinance, the <br />following definitions shall apply: <br /> <br />1. Adult Entertain Acti vi ties. The term " Adult <br />Entertainment Activities" shall mean one or more of <br />the following activities. <br /> <br />(a) <br /> <br />(b) <br /> <br />(c) <br /> <br />Adult Bookstore. An establishment having as a <br />substantial or significant portion of its stock <br />in trade for sale, rent or display, pictures, <br />books, periodicals, magazines, appliances and <br />similar material which are distinguished or <br />characterized by their emphasis on matter <br />depicting, describing or relating to sexual <br />activities as hereinafter described or an <br />establishment with a segment or section devoted <br />to the sale or display of such material. <br /> <br />Adult Motion picture Theater. An establishment <br />for fift¥ or more persons havin9 as a <br />substant1al or significant port10n of its use <br />the presentation of material having as a domi- <br />nant theme or characterized or distinguished by <br />an em~hasis on matter de~icting, describing or <br />relat1ng to sexual activ1ties, as hereinafter <br />described for observation by persons therein. <br /> <br />Adult Mini-Motion picture Theater. An <br />establishment with a capacity for less than <br />fift¥ (50) persons having as a substantial or <br />sign1ficant portion of its use the presentation <br />of materials havin9 as a dominant theme or <br />characterized or d1stin~ished by an emphasis on <br />matter depicting, descr1bing or relating to <br />sexual activities as hereinafter described for <br />observation by persons therein. <br /> <br />Adult Stage Show Theater.
