Specified Sexual Activities. For the purpose of this <br />section, "Specified Sexual Activities " is defined as: <br /> <br />(a) <br /> <br />Human genitals in a state of sexual stimulation or <br />arousal¡ or <br /> <br />Acts of human masturbation, sexual intercourse or <br />sodomy; or <br /> <br />Fondling or other erotic touching of human genitals, <br />pubic region, buttock or female breast. <br /> <br />3. Specified Anatomical Areas. For the purpose of this <br />section, "specified Anatomical Areas" is defined as: <br /> <br />(b) <br /> <br />(c) <br /> <br />(a) Less than completely and opaquely covered: (1) <br />human genitals or pubic regions; (2) buttock¡ (3) <br />female breast below a point immediately above the <br />top of the areola; and <br /> <br />(b) Human male genitals in a discernibly turgid state, <br />even if completely and opaquely covered. <br /> <br />B. Distance Restrictions, Requirements and Conditions. <br /> <br />1. Schools, Parks, Churches, Residential, Agriculture, <br />and public Areas. The ~ublic entrance to an <br />establishment engaging ~n adult entertainment <br />activities shall not be located within three hundred <br />(300) feet of any buildin~ containing a school, <br />church, public park, publ~c mall or park-like area of <br />public open space, or residential use. Such distance <br />shall be measured along a straight line from the <br />nearest property line of the real estate on which <br />said building or public park-like areas is located to <br />the entrance of such establishment engaging in an <br />adult entertainment activity. <br /> <br />2. other Adult Entertainment Uses. Hotels, Motels and <br />Transportation Depots.
