ORDINANCE NO. ~ , 1978 ORDINANCE ANNEXING CONTIGUOUS TERRITORY TO THE TOWN OF MOORESVILLE, MORGAN COUNTY, INDIANA BE IT ORDAINED by the Civil Town of Mooresville, Morgan County, Indiana, that: sented tion of the quest being of Trustees 1978, and WHEREAS, the Citizens Bank of Mooresville, Indiana, pre- its written request on the date of March 4, 1978, for annexa- following described real estate, with such written re- presented at the regular scheduled meeting of the Board of the Civil Town of Mooresville, Indiana, on March 7, WHEREAS, such real estate, hereinafter described, owned by said banking institution is presently receiving governmental and proprietary services, substantially equivalent in standard and scope to the governmental and proprietary services furnished by the Civil Town of Mooresville, Indiana, to the other areas presently incorpora- ted within the Civil Town of Mooresville, Indiana, and WHEREAS, by the powers vested in the Board of Trustees of the Civil Town of Mooresville, Morgan County, Indiana, it is hereby ORDERED AND ORDAINED that the following described real estate owned by said petitioner, Citizens annexed to the Civil Town of such Bank of Mooresville, Ind~a~ay is hereby Mooresville, Morgan ~o~n~y, Z~t~ana, real estate being all situated in Morgan County, ~ta~e of Ind- the same being more particularly described as follows, to-wit: Part of the East half of the Southwest quarter of Section thirty-six (36), Township fourteen (14) North, Range one (1) East of the Second Principal Meridian, Morgan County, Indiana, bounded and described as follows, to-wit: Beginning one hundred twenty-(120.0) feet south of the Southwest corner of Lot Number One (1), Block sixty-four (64), in Moore's Fourth (4th) Addition to the Town of Mooresville, and thirty- five (35) feet east of the centerline of Old State Road $67, run thence Southerly and parallel to said centerline a dis- tance of ninety-one (91) feet; run thence Easterly at a right angle to sa~d centerline a distance of fifteen (15.0) feet;
