IN <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. ~ , 1978 <br /> <br /> SPECIAL ORDINANCE REZONING REAL ESTATE <br />THE TOWN OF MOORESVILLE, MORGAN COUNTY, INDIANA <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Mooresville Plan Commission has held public <br />hearings relative to a petition for rezoning filed by William J. <br />Ward and Carolyn J. Ward, which petition was docketed as Plan <br />Commission Docket No. 1, 1978, and a further petition docketed <br />as Plan Commission Docket No. 2, 1978, by William L. Johnson and <br />Betty L. Johnson, which public hearings were held on the 23rd day <br />of March, 1978, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Mooresville Plan Commission has recommended <br /> to the Board of Trustees of the Civil Town of Mooresville, Indiana, <br /> that such rezoning as prayed for in said petitions, be approved <br /> wherein each of said tracts hereinafter described would be rezoned <br /> from district classification "A" Residential, to district classifi- <br /> cation "LB" Local Business, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, said Board of Trustees of the Civil Town of <br /> Mooresville, Indiana, having heard further evidence on each of said <br /> petitions for rezoning at its regular scheduled meeting on the 4th <br /> day of April, 1978, and did accept the recommendation of the Moores- <br /> ville Plan Commission, by an affirmative vote, the following des- <br /> cribed real estate subject to said petitions, is now, therefore, <br /> rezoned from district classification "A" Residential, to district <br /> classification "LB" Local Business, subject however, to the confir- <br /> mation of the annexation of each of said tracts, pursuant to Ordin- <br /> ance No. 1, 1978, heretofore adopted by the Board of Trustees of the <br /> Civil Town of Mooresville, Indiana, confirmation to be made sixty <br /> (60) days after the second publication of said Ordinance.
