893 TO County, ORDINANCE NO. _~ 1978 ORDINANCE ANNEXING CONTIGUOUS TERRITORY THE TOWN OF MOORESVlLLE, MORGAN COUNTY, INDIAN.% BE IT ORDAINED Indiana, that: by the Civil Town of Mooresville Morgan WHEREAS, the owner of the following described real estate, the same being Benjamin Mendenhall, presented an oral request for annexation of such real estate to the Board of Trustees of the Civil Town of Mooresville, Indiana, at said Board's regular scheduled meeting on May 16, 1978, and WHEREAS, said real estate hereinafter described, is presently receiving governmental and proprietary services, or has available to it for services, equivalent in and proprietary services Indiana, to other areas of the within the town limits, and its use, such governmental and proprietary standard and scope to the governmental furnished by the Civil Town of Mooresville town, now presently incorporated WHEREAS by the powers vested in the Board of Trustees of the Civil Town of Mooresville, Morgan County, Indiana, it is hereby ORDERED and ORDAINED that the following tract is hereby annexed to the Civil Town of Mooresville, Morgan County, Indiana, such real estate being all situated in Morgan County, State of Indiana, to wit: Part of the Northeast quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section 36, Township 14 North, Range 1 East of the Second Principal Meridian, Morgan County, Indiana, bounded and described as follows, to wit: BEGINNING on the North line of the Northeast quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section 36, township and range aforesaid, being also the center of Bridge Street, 378.0 feet West of the Southeast corner of William Street as platted adjacent to the Glendale Addition to the Town of Mooresville; run thence N 9~ 00' E in the center of Bridge Street a distance of 597.76 feet; thence run Southwesterly on and along a fence on top of a levee as follows: S 31026' W 209.90 feet; S 44019' 250.17 feet; S 55o28' W 180.29 feet; S 38Oll' W.
