ORDINANCE NO. /~ , 1978 SPECIAL ORDINANCE REZONING REAL ESTATE IN THE TOWN OF MOORESVILLE, MORGAN COUNTY, INDIANA WHEREAS, the Mooresville Plan Commission has held public hearings relative to petitions for rezoning filed by property owners which were docketed as follows: Docket No. 5, 1978 - Petition of citizens Bank of Mooresville~ request of rezoning from present classification "A" Residential to "LB'~ Local Business. Docket No. 6, 1978 - Petition of Benjamin R. Mendenhall, requesting rezoning from present classification "A" Residential to classification "GB" General Business, and WHEREAS, said Board of Trustees of the Town of Mooresville, Indiana, having the recommendations of the Mooresville Plan Commission before it, does now accept the recommendation of the Mooresville Plan Commission and in accordance with the Petitions filed and approved by the Mooresville Plan Commission, does now rezone the following real estate as follows: Re: Plan Commission Docket No. 5, 1978, does now rezone the following described real estate to Zoning Classification "LB" Local Business Part of the East half of the Southwest quarter of Section thirty-six {36) , Township fourteen (14) North, Range one (1) East of the Second Principal Meridian, Morgan County, Indiana, bounded and described as follows, to-wit: Beginning one hundred twenty (120.0) feet south of the Southwest corner of Lot Number One (1) , Block sixty-four (64), in Moore's Fourth (4th) Addition to the Town of Mooresville, and thirty-five (35) feet east of the center- line of Old State Road %67, run thence Southerly and parallel to said centerline a distance of ninety-one (91) feet; run thence Easterly at a right angle to said center- line a distance of fifteen {15.0) feet; run thence Southerly fifty (50) feet from and parallel to the center- line of Old State Road %67 a distance of 218.10 feet to the Northwest corner of the following described real estate and the beginning point of this description.
