SPECIAL ORDINANCE REZONING REAL ESTATE IN THE <br /> MOORESVILLE, MORGAN COUNTY, INDIANA <br /> <br />TOWN OF <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mooresville Plan Commission has held public <br /> <br />hearings relative to petitions for rezoning filed by property <br /> <br />owners which wore docketed as follows: <br /> <br />Docket No. 7, 1978 Petition of Michael H. and Engrid E. <br />Habig, requesting rezoning from present classification <br />"A" Residential to "LB" Local Business. <br /> <br />Docket No. 8, 1978 Petition of owners, Robert Heath, <br />Nancy A. Heath, Gertrude Partlow and contract purchaser, <br />Stephen E. Beagle, requesting rezoning from present <br />classification "A" Residential to classification "BTM <br />Milti-Family Residence. <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said Board of Trustees of the Town of Mooresville, <br /> <br />Indiana, having the recommendations of the Mooresville Plan Commission <br /> <br />before it, does now accept the recommendations of the Mooresville Plan <br /> <br />Commission and in accordance with the petitions filed and approved by <br /> <br />the Mooresville Plan Commission, does now rezone the following real <br /> <br />estate: <br /> <br />Re: Plan Commission Docket No. 7, 1978~ does now rezone <br /> <br />the following described real estate to Zoning Classification "LB" <br /> <br />Local Business. <br /> <br />Part of the East half of the Southwest quarter of <br />Section 36, Township 14 North, Range 1 East of the <br />Second Principal Meridian, Morgan County, Indiana, <br />bounded and described as follows, to wit: <br /> <br />Beginning 120.0 feet South of the Southwest corner of <br />Lot Number One, Block Sixty-four, in Moore's Fourth <br />Addition to the Town of Mooresville, and 35.0 feet <br />East of the centerline of Old State Road 67, run thence <br />Southerly and parallel to said centerline a distance of <br />91.0 feet; run thence Easterly at a right angle to said <br />centerline a distance of 15.0 feet; run thence Southerly <br />50.0 feet from and parallel to the centerline of Old State <br />Road 67 a distance of 218.10 feet to the Southwest corner <br />of the following described real estate and the Beginning <br />Point of this description: From said beginning point deflect <br />90 degrees 00 minutes left and run along the North line of <br />the Citizens Bank tract a distance of 363.0 feet; thence <br />run Northerly parallel to the centerline of 01d State <br />Highway 67 (now South Indiana Street) a distance of <br />100.0 feet; deflect 90 degrees 00 minutes left and run <br />thence Westerly a distance of 363.0 feet to said 50.0 foot <br />right-of-way line; run thence Southerly on said right-of- <br />way line a distance of 100.0 feet to the Beginning Point, <br /> <br /> <br />
