ORDINANCE NO. /~ , 1978 <br />ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it has been determined that it is now necessary <br /> <br />to appropriate more money than was appropriated in the annual budget: <br /> NOW, THEREFORE: <br /> Section 1 <br /> <br /> Be it ordained by the Board of Trustees of the Civil Town <br />of Mooresville, Morgan County, Indiana, that for the expenses of <br />said municipal corporation the following additional sums of money <br />are hereby appropriated and ordered set apart out of the funds <br />herein named and for the purposes herein specified, subject to the <br />laws governing the same. <br /> <br /> NAME OF FUND AMOUNT <br /> Federal Revenue sharing Trust Fund <br /> Said funds to be used as follows: <br /> <br /> (1~ Park and Recreation $12,000.00 <br /> <br /> (2~ Repair and Replacement of Retaining Wall <br /> and Steps at Town Hall 10,000.00 <br /> <br /> (3) Construction and Reconstruction and Paving <br /> of Streets 7,000.00 <br /> <br /> (4~ Remove and Replace Stop Light Pole at South <br /> and Indiana Streets 5,000.00 <br /> <br /> C%~mulative Capital Improvement Fund <br /> <br /> (1) Transfer to General Fund Acct.
