GENERAL ORDINANCE NO. ~ 1978 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE CONCERNING THE ANNUAL COMPENSATION OF THE OFFICIALS <br />AND EMPLOYEES OF THE TOWN OF MOORESVILLE, INDIANA *********** <br /> <br />C <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Trustees of the Town of <br />Mooresville, Morgan County, State of Indiana, that: <br /> WHEREAS, the officers and employees for the Town of <br />Mooresville, Indiana, are entitled to a fixed hourly, monthly or <br />annual compensation, and <br /> WHEREAS, said compensation of the officers and employees <br />of said civil town shall be fixed by an ordinance passed by the <br />Board of Trustees of the Town of Mooresville, Indiana, and <br /> WHEREAS, the compensation of such officers and/or employees <br /> may be changed by an ordinance of the Board of Trustees of the <br /> Town of Mooresville, Indiana, as conditions and circumstances re- <br /> quire a change or changes. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Trustees of <br /> the Town of Mooresville, Indiana, that the salaries and wages for <br /> the following named officials and employees of the Town of <br /> Mooresvilte shall henceforth be as follows: <br /> <br />SECTION I. <br /> The following salaries and wages shall be paid from the <br /> <br />General Fund: <br /> Chief Marshal <br /> <br /> Assistant chief Marshal <br /> Lieutenant <br /> Sargeant <br /> <br /> Deputy Marshals <br /> <br /> Members of Board of Trustees <br /> Additional Pay for CETA Marshals <br /> Town Judge <br /> Sexton <br /> <br /> Court Clerical Help <br /> Full Time Firemen (after 3 mos.) <br /> Full Time Fireman (ist 3 mos.) <br /> Volunteer Firemen <br /> <br />Radio Operator <br /> <br />_per month <br /> <br />per month <br />per month <br />per month <br /> <br />per month <br /> <br /> per month <br /> <br /> per month <br /> <br /> per practice run <br /> <br />ea. add. hour <br />per hour <br /> <br /> <br />
