<br />MOORESVILLB PLAN COMMISSION <br />FINDINGS OF FACT <br /> <br />The Mooresville Plan Commission, having met the 22nd day of <br />June, 1995 at 7:30 p.m. and having held a public hearing concerning <br />the purposed plat of North Indiana st., Inc. - Subdivision Plat, <br />now finds the following: <br />1. That notices were given pursuant to the Town Ordinance <br />including publication and certified letters. <br />2. That the application for approval of a plat of a <br />subdivision and the proposed plat met all criteria for filing. <br />3.
