Prock <br /> <br />Dear Sir: <br /> <br />'-- <br /> <br />I like the concept of the Arrowhead Estates Apartments owned <br />by Cloverleaf in Peru, Indiana. <br /> <br />They added much needed living quarters in Peru by subsidizing <br />the rent payments of elderly and low income groups and yet <br />maintaining high quality apartments for people of higher <br />income without destroying the level of rent fees for other <br />landlords. <br /> <br />I believe many public officials confuse this type of BUD <br />housing with some of the low cost apartment buildings in some <br />of the larger cities which were not very well managed. <br /> <br />I can safely state that the Arrowhead pro;t,ect in Peru has been <br />an asset and we are happy to have you. <br /> <br />Yours truly, <br /> <br />Q~~AI'/?
