'-' <br />" ....; <br /> <br />lJ i"., <br /> <br />MOORESVILLE MARKET ANALYSIS <br /> <br />A study of the demand for apartments in Mooresville <br />was conducted in 1974 and reviewed again in 1977. At both <br />times all of the existing apartments in Mooresville were <br />fully occupied with a wai ting list. All the realtors that <br />were contacted indicated a strong demand. They all said <br />they received many calls for rental units but every apart- <br />ment project in town seemed to be always full. At this <br />same time we studied the market in Martinsville and Plain- <br />field so they all closely relate in market area. They <br />were found to be the same conclusion. <br /> <br />'- <br /> <br />Based on this information and the information from <br />the 1970 census it was concluded a definite demand of <br />apartments exist in Mooresville.
