'::inston Tackitt moved they <br />be approved as read. Dale Heselman seconded the motion and the motion carried. <br /> <br />The ']u0stion >las raised if the lot on East o'iashineton St. thE\t formerly <br />was Freeman Florist would have to be re-zoned or have a new permit issued <br />for the building of apartments mn it as it already is zoned cODmercial. The <br />man wanting action on this matter was not present at the mteting. <br /> <br />Ch,drman ,'.orland reported he had sent a letter to Richb.rd Horner, Chairman <br />of Town :ioard, reccormnending Varlo\< Fulk to fill the vacancy on the Planning <br />Comm:i s~ion and thi1t they had approved the appointment Cit their meetinG on <br />December 3, 1968. (3ee attachmeBt.) <br /> <br />Edward Heridith appeared to petition for a h%rino; oete for his cocket <br />wanting property o,;ned by him at 41 ',Jest High St. zones from lA to IC for a <br />multiple dwelling by making apartments out of it. The hearing was set for the <br />meeting on January 13, 1969. <br /> <br />Receipt:; ,.ere received fror" adjac'mt property o...ners of the George Terrell <br />mobile home on North Indianapolis Road at the Shell Service Station showing that <br />they had received written notification by registered mail needed to grant the <br />perndt to Fr. Terrell,for the mobile home. The permit was granted. <br /> <br />After some discussion Winston Tackitt moved that mobile home permits for <br />variance be issued for a period of one(l) year rnakinE them re-newable After <br />this period. Bob Johnson seconded the motion and the motion carried. <br /> <br />Discussion followed as to the annexing of north section of property to <br />the town. Chariman Worland asked Dave Loudermilk, Bob Johnson, and Winston <br />Tackitt to find information on the lines. <br /> <br />Charim"n Worland stated that at times he could use a typewriter for dd:lmg <br />PlanninG Commission work. Bob Johnson moved and it was seconded by Winston <br />Tackitt that jf there "ere monies available tho.t a tyvewriter be bought for <br />the ~lannine Commission. The ~otion then carried. <br /> <br />It was then moved by \.inston Tackitt and seconded by Bob Johnson that the <br />mpeting be adjourned.
