Bridge Street <br />Mooresville, IN 46158 <br /> <br />RE: Variance <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Rhodes; <br /> <br />This notice is to inform you that the Mooresville Board of Zoning Appeals, at the Town Hall <br />in Mooresville, Indiana, on June 18, 1997 at 7:00 p.m., approved a variance from the <br />Development Standards for the Town of Mooresville, such that placement of sidewalks in <br />Pioneer Country Estates will not be required on the north side of Wagon Trail along the <br />south line of Lot 32 and along the east side of state Road 267. The sidewalk is not <br />required as shown on the attached sheet and the sidewalk on the south side of Waggon <br />Trail must be 5 feet wide. A variance was also granted from the Town of Mooresville Sign <br />Ordinance to allow the construction of masonry subdivision entrance signs on the north and <br />south sides of Wagon Trail at its intersection with Indiana Street, with the restriction that <br />no portion of the signs may be constructed on the public right of way and that the signs <br />must be of brick or stone construction. <br /> <br />If you have any questions please feel free to call our office. <br /> <br />Best Regards, <br /> <br />Ross O.
