To the Planning Commission, <br /> <br /> We are writing to approach the Commission for <br />consideration ora Special Exception Variance for the property located at 160 Dunn Dr. <br />Currently the resident of this location, Warn Grubb, is planning to build a 24x24- <br />detached Garage. We were told Warn has received building permits for this project, and <br />is within the current town ordinance. The problem is the property at this location does <br />not fit into the general scheme of the ordinance due to being a corner lot. We currently <br />reside at the neighboring property located on 40 Fairlane Dr., and have for 22 years. We <br />feel the construction of this garage will create many problems for us, and residing <br />neighbors such as: <br /> <br /> 1. Water drainage on our property <br /> 2. Impinges our property view from the front of our house <br /> 3. Property depreciation <br /> 4. Obstruction of streetlight. <br /> 5. Fear and security because of obstructed view. <br /> 6.
