Bruner said he had a change to the changes, the Pro-Players House was not a sports
medicine facility, but a spousal abuse facility. Professional players donate money to help
support, therefore the name.
Commissioner Bryant gave out copies of additions to the Comprehensive Plan, which had
changes for the water companies and from the school on the graduation classes. The
Clerk-Treasurer will make copies of this and mail to the members. Commissioner
McGuire will probably call a meeting of the Comprehensive Plan Committee to follow
the next Plan Commission meeting in July.
Building Inspector JOe Beikman left a report of ninety-four (94) inspections and thirty
(30) permits.
Commissioner Crouch reported a used car lot at the corner of Orchard Road and Highway
144. He said there were usually an average of five vehicles in the yard. Building
Inspector Joe Beikman will check on this car lot and on Bruce' s CB Sales on Highway
144.
There being no further business to come before the commission at this time, a motion was
made by Commissioner Bruner, second by Commissioner Crouch to adjourn the meeting.
Motion carded unanimously.

The next meeting of the Mooresville Plan Commission will be on Thursday, July 24, ~
2003, at 7:00 p. M. at the Mooresville Town Hall. - /") "'/~' y/

~hairman
