<br />c <br /> <br />c <br /> <br />c <br /> <br />MOORESVILLE PLAN COMMISSION <br />FINDINGS OF FACT <br /> <br />Comes now the Mooresville Plan Commission this 28th day of June, 2001 and finds that <br />the Butler-Krivoshia Amendment to the Planned Unit Development for Carter-Lee meets the <br />requirements of the Town of Mooresville's Planned Unit Development Ordinance and grants the <br />approval of the Planned Unit Development subject to the following restrictions: <br />1. Operation of twenty-four (24) hours per day; <br />2. Appropriate dust control to be used on the driveway and graveled staging area <br />3.
