The plan commission wanted more <br />brick than that. <br /> <br />The group is asking for firm hard numbers and a continuance to September Plan <br />Commission meeting, After much discussion, Mr. Holloway said he would take 80% <br />brick back to the corporation. He also told the commission he would work on the <br />density, but probably would be 4.2 to 4.5 per gross acre density to make the development <br />feasible money-wise and probably a certain percentage of singles, doubles, and quads, <br /> <br />Motion was made by Commissioner Young, second by Commissioner Bruner to grant <br />continuance to September meeting, Motion carried 8-0. <br /> <br />Commissioner Bruner reported that at 40 West Main Street there were still two vehicles, <br />no water connected, and nobody living there and at 39 West Main Street, no water <br />connected and no one living there. <br /> <br />A question was asked about regulation of water towers, attorney Tim Currens stated that <br />the water towers were under the Regulatory Commission and not subject to local zoning, <br /> <br />Building Inspector Joe Beikman reported thirty-three (33) permits and one hundred three <br />(103) inspections. <br /> <br />There being no further business to come before the commission at this time, a motion was <br />made by Commissioner Bruner to adjourn the meeting, <br /> <br />The next meeting ofthe Mooresville Plan Commission will be September 27,2001, at <br />7:00 P.
