MOORESVILLE PLAN COMMISSION <br /> <br /> MINUTES <br /> December 18, 1996,Wednesday, 7:30 P. M <br /> MOORESVILLE TOWN HALL <br /> <br />The Mooresville Plan Commission met in regular session on Wednesday, <br />December 18, 1996, at 7:30 P. M. at the Mooresville Town Hall. <br /> <br />Commission members present were: Joel Beebe, Bill Abbott, Mike Young, <br />Vern Kimmell, John Ehrhart, and Charles McGuire. Tim Cummins, Tim <br />Bennett, and Art Raney were absent. <br /> <br />Motion was made by Commissioner Ehrhart, second by Commissioner Kimmel <br />to approve the minutes of the November 20, 1996 meeting. Motion carried <br />6-0. <br /> <br />Ross Holloway presented Grandview Section 3 for Final Plat Signature. <br />Building Inspector Joe Beikman requested Ross Holloway bring the <br />recorded plat back to the Town. <br /> <br />Motion was made by Commissioner Abbott, second by Commissioner McGuire <br />to accept the Final Plat as presented. Motion carried 6-0. Motion <br />was made by Commissioner McGuire, second by Commissioner Kimmel to give <br />Ross Holloway a letter to allow him to take the Plat down to be <br />recorded. Motion carried 6-0. <br /> <br />The Hosten Bible - Morningstar Final Plat Approval was table to the <br />next meeting. <br /> <br />Jessup Place requested a re-zoning for Section 5 from R-1 Morgan County <br />to R1A which is a more restrictive zoning. This will be a seven lot-- <br />16 acre subdivision. Motion was made by Commissioner Abbott, second <br />by Commissioner Ehrhart to recommend to the Town Council to rezone <br />this area from R-1 County to Town R1-A. Motion carried 6-0. <br /> <br />Platting: seven lots, none less than two acres along Jessup Way. <br /> <br />Tech Review Committee: Need to see Septic System Permits <br />1. 60 foot setback on St. Rd. 42 - building line <br />2.Need construction prints for drainage. <br />3. Plat needs a Surveyor's report <br />4. 50 foot setback on Bingham Rd. <br />5. Certification for septics <br />6. Need sidewalks on construction prints. <br />7. Need a title page showing items required. <br />8. On 42 had a combination of utility - need to separate drainage using <br /> pipe. <br /> <br /> <br />
