The Town of Mooresville Plan Commission <br />Mooresville, Indiana 46158 <br />Dear Members: <br />This is in reference to an article in the Indianapolis <br />Star about the pollution problem from W000ley's Saw <br />Mill in Mooresville, Indiana. Steve Wooley stated that <br />no one had approached him about the problem. I <br />disagree with that statement! I approached him several <br />times about this problem . He always gave the answer <br />that he was trying to clean it up. Since that time the <br />problem has only gotten worse. <br />He has expanded his operation, causing more dust, noise <br />and water pollution. <br />Why has he been allowed to take over residential <br />proberty to do this? <br />South Street has a five (5) ton gross load limit on it <br />but his overloaded trucks and equipment are allowed to <br />use it freely. <br />I own property at 246 East South Street and I feel his <br />expansion is degrading the value of my property. <br />I would like to see some action taken on this problem. <br />Sincerely, <br />Clyde Grass <br />
