Motion was made by Commissioner McGuire, second by Commissioner Bennett to <br />approve the Minor Plat with stipulation they get a variance for width to depth ratio on Lots 1, 2, <br />and 3 and submit septic permits. Motion carried 6-1 with Commissioner Williamson opposed. <br /> <br />Other business: the conference that was scheduled for March has been changed to April 3rd. <br />Commissioners Pygman, Bruner, and McGuire are attending at the present time. <br /> <br />Building Inspector Joe Beikman reported thirty-one (31) permits and seventy-seven (77) <br />inspections, plus two (2) red tags. <br /> <br />There being no further business to come before the Commission at this time the meeting was <br />adjourned. <br /> <br />The next regular scheduled meeting of the Mooresville Plan Commission will be held on <br />Thursday, April 27, 2000, at 7:00 P.
