Mr. Remster's property is located in the <br /> northwest quadrant of the intersection of State Highways 67 and 144, adjoining and <br /> directly east of Squealers Restaurant parcel. .. <br /> <br /> Two of the options Mr. Haggard wants to keep open for the property are the use for <br /> automobile sales and/or mini-warehousing. As can be seen from the attached drawing <br /> because of the unique and difficult topography of the parcel there are limited uses. / <br /> Under Mooresville Zoning Ordinance both of these uses are allowed in a General <br /> Business (B-3) District with a special exception. In order accomplish this it will be <br /> necessary to rezone the property to B-3 and obtain the special exception. To expedite <br /> the various zoning issues we are asking the this matter be forwarded as soon as <br /> possible to the Mooresville Plan Commission for a finding on the manner in which the <br /> proposed location and character of the special exceptions will affect the Master Land <br /> Use Plan.
