Commission will pay TOA $150,000 for use in the construction of storm water <br /> retention/detention area on the site <br /> STATUS: Completed - Paid 12/19/00 <br /> <br /> 4. Commission to pay TOA $150,000 for site preparation costs <br /> STATUS: Completed - Paid 7/01/01 <br /> <br /> 5. Commission will pay TOA an additional $150,000 for site preparation costs <br /> STATUS: Completed - Paid 12/18/01 <br /> C 6.
