provided in the cited section of the Indiana Code since it is an <br />area in need of economic development and is in the incorporated <br />rural area of the Town of Mooresville with current values <br />impaired to the extent that normal development or use of the <br />property is hindered in its present state. <br /> <br /> 6. A substantial number of residents of this County are <br />unable to gain employment and a revitalization area will assist <br />residents of this Town to continue to lead gainful and <br />productive lives, thereby contributing to the quality of life <br />and revenues of all levels of government. <br /> <br /> 7. The Town Council finds that: <br /> <br /> (a) The value of the proposed construction is <br /> reasonable for a project of this nature; <br /> <br /> (b) That the estimated number of individuals who will <br /> gain employment at this business is significant as a <br /> result of the proposed construction; <br /> <br /> (c) The annual salaries of those individuals who will <br /> be employed will be in excess of the County average <br /> wage and will result in new employees through this <br /> redevelopment project; <br /> <br /> (d) This project will provide a new employer and <br /> establish an expanded use of the area that will assist <br /> in further development; and, <br /> <br /> (e) The totality of the benefits is sufficient to <br /> justify the deductions requested. <br /> <br /> 8. The Resolution pursuant to these Findings of Fact, as <br />adopted, should be reaffirmed and forwarded to the Morgan County <br />assessor to qualify for tax deductions and assessments <br />adjustment for new building construction that qualify for such <br />adjustment and deduction within the terms and conditions of the <br /> <br /> <br />
