RESOLUTION <br /> 2003 <br /> ~ , <br /> <br /> TOWN COUNCIL OF MOORESVILLE, INDIA~ <br /> DECLARATORY RESOLUTION FOR THE DESIGNATION <br /> OF AN ECONOMIC REVITALIZATION~/~F2~ <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Town of Mooresville, Indiana (the "Town") has <br /> <br /> been requested by Liffick Development Company LLC (the <br /> "Applicant") to find pursuant to IC 6-1.1-12.1-2 that the area <br /> described as Lot 14, Flagstaff Business Park, Mooresville, <br /> Morgan County, Indiana (the "Area") is an "Economic <br /> Revitalization Area" within the meaning of IC 6-1.1-12.1-1(1); <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Mooresville Town Council (the ~Council") has <br /> <br />prepared (i) a simplified description of the boundaries of the <br />Area by describing its location in relation to public ways, <br />streams or otherwise or (ii) maps and plat that identify the <br />Area, attached as Exhibit "A"; <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Area is located within the jurisdiction of the <br /> <br />Council for the purposes set forth in IC 6-1.1-12.1-2; <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Applicant plans to construct a new building as <br /> <br />described in an Application and a related Statement of Benefits <br />submitted by the Applicant to the Council (collectively, the <br />"Application") to be located on the area described as Lot 14, <br />Flagstaff Business Park, Mooresville, Morgan County, Indiana <br />(the "Project"); <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Project will consist of the construction of a <br /> <br />building as outlined in the Statement of Benefits which <br /> <br />qualifies as real property to be used by the Applicant, as its <br /> <br /> <br />
