Motion carried unanamously. <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Councilman Forbes and second by Councilman <br /> Ballard to approve the second reading of Ordinance #25-1991 An <br /> Ordinance Establishing No Parking Area on Indianapolis Road. <br /> Motion carried unanamously. <br /> <br /> Council President Heald appointed the following people to the <br /> Hospital Authority Board: Art Raney, Boyd Head, Tim Viles, <br /> Bill Bailey and Kim Heald. <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Councilwoman Overholser and second by Councilman <br /> Forbes to approve a contract between the Town of Mooresville and Nic- <br /> Pak in regard to financing sewer damage to the town's sewer lines. <br /> Motion carried unanamously. <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Councilman Edwards and second by Councilman <br /> Forbes to allow County Prosecutor Steve Sonnega to hold office hours <br /> in Mooresville on the first and third Monday of each month between <br /> the hours of 4:00p.m. and 7:00p.m. at the Mooresville Town Hall. <br /> Motion carried unanamously. <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Councilwoman Overholser and second by Councilman <br /> Ballard to approve the first reading of Ordinance #27-1991 An <br /> Ordinance Creating A Mooresville Redevelopment Authority. <br /> Motion carried unanamously. <br /> <br /> Council President Heald appointed Bob Tucker to serve on the <br /> Mooresville Plan Commission for the term which begins January 1, 1992. <br /> <br /> The Animal Control Officer reported he answered nine (9) <br /> calls, four (4) dogs were impounded, two (2) citations were <br /> written, four (4) verbal warnings, two (2) dogs were returned to <br /> their owners and one (1) puppy was found a home. <br /> <br /> Council President Heald appointed Bill Bailey to serve on the <br /> Park Board to the term which begins January 1, 1992. <br /> <br /> The Town Judge Paul Sterrett submitted four quotes to the Council <br /> for the purchase of a computer system for the court requesting to <br /> purchase a Unysis from Data Designs. <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Councilman Edwards and second by Councilman <br /> Ballard to allow the Court to purchase a Unysis computer system from <br /> Data Design. Council members Edwards, Ballard, and Forbes voted yes. <br /> Council members Overholser and Heald voted no. Motion carried. <br /> <br /> <br />
