Motion <br /> carried 4-1 with Com~cilman Hensley opposed. ' <br /> <br /> Town Attorney Tim Currens presented the Council with Ordinance ~13 <br /> amending the Salary Ordinance for 1997 to change the minimum wage from $5.00 <br /> to $5.15. Also, Ordinance fJ12, 1997, for the rezonipg of Swinney Bros., <br /> and Hopkins, Caperton, Stafford. <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Councih~mn Hensley, second by Councilman Dolen to approve <br /> Resolution ~ 7, 1997, the intent to annex Brookmore providing infra structure <br /> and grants go into place.
