South Streer~, appeared befora <br />the Board with the same conoer'n~ as Mr. Bain~ <br /> <br /> Board or Zoning Appeals attorney Tim Currens advised the <br />Board that the only consideration before the Board of Zoning <br />Appe.~l% was the variance oF set back lines, <br /> <br /> Motion was inade by Steve Oschman to grant the request <br />fur _l variance for the one foot set back for the propert~ <br />looated on the northwest corneF of Indlana and South Streets. <br />A second was made by Alan Kramer.
