MOORESVILLE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS MINUTES WEDNESDAY, MARCH 16, 1994 - 7:00 P.M. MOORESVILLE TOWN HALL '['he Mooresville Board of Zoning Appeals met for their regular scheduled meeting Wednesday, March 16, 1994 at 7:00 p.m. at the Mooresville Town Hall~ Board members present were Don Barry, Steve Oschman Vern Kimmel and Alan Kramer. Also present was the Board's attorney Tim Cutters. Board member' Charles McGuire was absent. Motion to approve the February 16, 1994 Beard of Zoning Appeals minutes was made by Steve Oschman. A second was made by Alan Kramer. Motion passed 4 O. Arvin Hopkins, Hopkins Sand & Gravel, appeared before the Mooresville Board of Zoning Appeals to request a special exception to extend his gravel & sand operation. Mr. Bob Hollard, 7564 E. Hendricks County Line Road, appeared before the Board with concerns about the dirt and noise from Hopkins Sand & Gravel. Several residents from Welch Lake and White Lick Road appeared before the Board expressing concerns about the noise. Mr. Hopkins discussed a solution with the residents to help control the noise problem. The Board went over' six (6) specifications for a special exception to see that the request met approval. Motion was made by Vern Kimmel to grant the request for' special exception to extend Hopkins Sand & Gravel business. A second was made by Steve Oschman. Motion passed 4 O. There being no further' business to come before the Mooresville Board of Zoning Appeals at this time, motion to adjourn was made by Steve Oschman. A second was made by Alan Kramer.
