because a large portion of this area is in the flood plain, already <br />developed, or is of a similar use and nature as the proposed <br />special exception. <br /> <br /> 4. Adequate utilities, access roads, drainage and other <br />necessary facilities have been or are being provided with no new <br />access road being needed and other infrastructures already being <br />present. <br /> <br /> 5. Adequate measures have been or will be taken to provide <br />ingress and egress so designated as to minimize traffic congestion <br />on the public roads with the same entryway that currently is used <br />for their sand and gravel mining operation staying in place. <br /> <br /> 6. The special exception will be located in a district where <br />such use is permitted and all other requirements in this Ordinance <br />which are applicable to such special exception should be met. <br /> <br /> The Mooresville Board of Zoning Appeals now approves the <br />Special Exception request this 16th day of March, 1994. <br /> <br /> <br />
