That the petitioner has also requested a variance to allow for
the use of a manufactured home to be placed upon the petitioner's
ground for the purposes of a school classroom and now request a
variance pursuant to I.C. 36-7-4-918.5 and the Board of Zoning
Appeals now finds:

1. That the approval of the variance will not be injurious to
the public health, safety, morals, and general welfare of the
community in that the adjoining use of the church and church
property along with the use of this structure as a school is
consistent.

2. That the use and value of the area adjacent to the
property included in the variance will not be affected in a
substantially adverse manner due to the use of the ground as a
church and being a corner lot.

3. That the strict application of the terms of the zoning
ordinance will result in practical difficulties in the use of the
property.

This variance approved unanimously by the Mooresville Board of
Zoning Appeals at it's public hearing of January 19, 1994.

MQ~RESVILLE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS
Dong._l~ B~ry-; Chairman

~rnon Ki~el ,Becretary

Dated: February /~ , 1994.
