Other residents and members of the church that <br /> <br />Mr. Waddelow currently attends appeared before the Board <br /> <br />to speak favorably for the petition. <br /> <br /> Mr. Don Taylor, 1952 St. Rd. 144, explained that he was <br />afraid that the video equipment in the building would attract <br />thieves and cause burglary in the area. <br /> <br /> Ms. Waddelow of Missions Alive informed Mr. faylor that <br />they had not had a problem with break-ins before, and that <br />they would be installing security lights to protect the <br />equipment in their building. <br /> <br /> The Board went over the Findings of Fact to see that the <br />request for the variance at 1980 St. Rd. 144 met specifi- <br />cations for approval. <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Charles McGuire to grant the variance <br />for the video studio at 1980 St. Rd. 144 with the following <br />restrictions: <br /> <br /> Variance is for property 400' deep x 500' wide, <br /> not including the residence. <br /> <br /> 2. Need Board of Health septic approval for restroom <br /> in the video studio. <br /> <br /> 3. Maximum of ten (10) employees. <br /> <br /> 4. Size of the sign is ten (10) square feet, ten (10) <br /> feet back off of St. Rd. 144. <br /> <br />A second was made by Vern Kimmel. <br /> <br />Motion passed <br /> <br /> Mr. Harold Lloyd of 1062 Keller Hill Road appeared <br />before the Board to request a variance at this address to <br />add living quarters to his garage for his daughter and grand- <br /> <br />children. <br /> 2 <br /> <br /> <br />
