Ouane Smith o¢ Keller Hill Road appeared before the <br />Mooresville Board of Zoning Appeals to express his concerns <br />about the lack of privacy he faces now because of the <br />added living quarters Mr. Lloyd has on his property. <br /> <br /> The Board went over the Findings of Fact to see that <br />the request for the variance at 1062 Keller Hill Road met <br />specificat±ons for approval. <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Charles McGuire to grant the request <br />for the variance at 1062 Keller- Hill Road with the re- <br />strict±on that only immediate family lives in the new <br />living quarters. A second was made by Vern Kimmel. <br />Motion passed $ - O. <br /> <br /> Mr. Mark Ferrill of 510 Keller Hill Road appeared before <br />the Mooresville Board of Zoning Appeals to request a sign <br />variance for the day care at this address. <br /> <br /> Mr. Wil Clark of 523 Bingham Road appeared before the <br />Board opposing the Ferrill's petition for a sign variance. <br />Mr. Clark presented the Board with an appraisal paper stating <br />that signs in this area could cause his property value to be <br /> <br /> lower. ¢¢~ <br /> Mr. F~c o¢ 521Bingham Road also appeared <br /> <br /> before the Board to oppose the petition for the day care <br /> sign at 510 Keller Hill Road. <br /> <br /> Mr. Harold Lloyd of 1062 Keller Hill Road and Mr. Mike <br /> Redmond of 516 Bingham Road each explained that they had <br /> recently had appraisals done on their homes and that their <br /> <br /> <br />
