MOORESVILLE HOARD OF ZONING APPEALS MINUTES <br /> WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 18, 1995 7:00 P.M. <br /> MOORESVILLE TOWN HALL <br /> <br /> The Mooresville Board of Zoning Appeals met for their <br />regular scheduled meeting on Wednesday, August 18, 1995 at <br />7:00 p.m. at the Mooresville Town Hall. <br /> <br />Board members present were Steve Oschman, Vern Kimmel <br />and Charles McGuire. Also present was the Board's attorney <br /> <br /> Board members absent were Alan Kramer and Don <br /> <br />Tim Currens. <br /> <br />Barry. <br /> <br /> Motion <br /> <br /> to approve the July minutes was made by Charles <br />MoGuire. A second was made by Vern Kimmel. <br />Motion passed 5 O. <br /> <br /> Mr. Harvey Waddelow of Missions Alive appeared before <br />the Mooresville Board of Zoning Appeals to request a variance <br />at 1980 St. Rd. 144 to use one of the buildings on this <br />property as a video studio. <br /> <br /> Ms. Mary Thomas of 1926 St. Rd. 144, appeared before the <br />Mooresville Board of Zoning Appeals to oppose the petition <br />for Missions Alive. Ms. Thomas explained that she felt this <br />video studio would create a traffic problem in the area and <br /> <br />that there was <br /> <br /> Mr. Bard, <br />explained that <br /> <br />only one (1) septic tank on this property. <br />the present owner of 1980 St. Rd. 144 <br />there were two (2) septic systems on the <br /> <br />property. <br /> <br /> <br />
