FINDINGS OF FACT <br /> <br /> The Mooresville Board of Zoning Appeals, at it's meeting of <br />May 19, 1993, approved a variance from the use standards on Lot 29 <br />of Section Two of Crafton Meadows commonly known as 1382 Autum <br />Drive to allow Carol A. Domogalik to operate a beauty shop subject <br />to~ the restrictions set out as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. Maximum sign size of no larger than twelve inches by <br />twelve inches and not to be lighted. <br /> <br /> 2. No more than two vehicles in the drive at once for <br />business purposes. <br /> <br /> 3. One separate door for the shop. <br /> <br /> 4. No retail sales out of the home. <br /> <br /> 5. Hours of operation Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. <br /> <br />to 7:30 p~m. <br /> <br /> 6. <br /> 7. <br /> 8. <br /> <br />Ail parking for business purposes in the drive. <br /> <br />No beauty operator other than Carol A. Domogalik. <br /> <br />All business operations to take place in the one room <br /> <br /> already plumbed for the same and not to be expanded to <br /> <br />any other room or garage areas. <br /> <br /> The Board of Zoning Appeals having reviewed the zoning <br /> <br />36-7-4- , <br /> <br />injurious <br /> of the <br /> <br />variance at a public hearing now finds pursuant to I.C. <br />918.4: <br /> <br /> 1. That the approval of the variance would not be <br />to the public health, safety, morals, and general welfare <br />community due to the restrictions placsd. <br /> <br /> <br />
