MOORESVILLE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS MINUTES <br /> <br /> WEDNESDAY, APRIL 21, 1993 7:00 P.M. <br /> <br /> MOORESVILLE TOWN HALL <br /> <br /> The Mooresville Board of Zoning Appeals met for their <br />regular scheduled meeting on Wednesday, April 21, 1993 at <br />7:00 p.m. at the Mooresville Town Hall. <br /> <br /> Board members present were Steve Oschman, Vern Kimmel, <br />Alan Kramer and Don Barry. Also present was the Board's <br />attorney, Tim Currens. Member Charles McGuire was absent. <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Vern Kimmel to approve the March 17, <br /> <br />1993 Board of Zoning Appeals minutes. A second was made by <br /> <br />Alan Kramer. Motion passed 4 - O. <br /> <br /> Mrs. Richard Domagalik appeared before the Mooresville <br />Board of Zoning Appeals to request a variance at 1382 Autumn <br />Drive for a beauty shop. <br /> <br /> The Board reviewed and discussed Mrs. Domagalik's request <br />for a variance for a beauty shop at 1382 Autumn Drive. <br /> <br /> Attorney Currens advised Mrs. Domagalik that she hadn't <br />contacted all of the property owners two (2) deep with notices; <br />therefore, she needed to do so and appear at the next regular <br />scheduled Board of Zoning Appeals meeting with her request. <br /> <br /> Mr. Roger Caperton, Caperton Development Group, appeared <br />before the Mooresville Board of Zoning Appeals to request a <br />variance on Lot #26, Crafton Meadows, to reduce the side set <br />backs from 6' to 5'. <br /> <br /> <br />
