The Board went over the Findings of Fact to see that <br /> <br /> the request for the variance met specifications for approval. <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Vern Kimmel to grant Mr. Caperton's <br /> request for a variance on Lot #26, Crafton Meadows to <br /> reduce the side set backs from 6' to 5' A second was made <br /> by Don Barry. Motion passed 4 - O. <br /> <br /> Mrs. Mark Untersinger appeared before the Mooresville <br />Board of Zoning Appeals to request a variance at 40 & 41 <br />Springmill Court for a variance from the 12,000 square feet <br />requirement to 11,500 square feet. <br /> <br /> Attorney Currens explained to Mrs. Untersinger that <br /> <br /> she would need to appear before the Mooresville Planning <br /> Commission for a plat amendment; therefore, any action to <br /> approve the request for the variance would be subject to <br /> approval by the Plan Commission for the plat amendment. <br /> <br /> The Board reviewed the Findings of Fact to see that <br /> <br /> the request for the above mentioned variance met specifications <br /> for approval. <br /> <br /> Motion to grant the variance at 40 & 41 Springmill Court <br /> to be reduced from 12,000 square feet to 11,500 square feet <br /> was made by Don Barry. A second was made by Alan Kramer. <br /> Motion passed 4 - O. <br /> <br /> There being no further business to come before the <br /> Mooresville Board of Zoning Appeals at this time, Motion <br /> <br /> to adjourn was made by Vern Kimmel.
