MOORESVILLE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS <br /> <br /> FINDINGS OF FACT <br /> <br />The Mooresville Board of Zoning Appeals having reviewed the <br /> <br />variance request for a setback on signage filed by Jim and Connie <br /> <br />Vinton at 17 E. South Street, Mooresville Indiana. <br /> <br />The Board of Zoning Appeals having held a public hearing on <br /> <br />January 20, Nineteen Hundred Ninety Three now makes the following <br /> <br />findings of fact pursuant to I.C. 36-7-4-918.5: <br /> <br />1. That the approval of the variance will not be injurious <br />to the public health, safety, morals and general welfare of <br />the community due to the location of the sign and the <br />proximity of the structure in the block and location of the <br />house and other structures. <br /> <br />2. That the use and value of the area adjacent to the <br />property included in the variance will not be affected in a <br />substantially adverse manner due to the lot size and width in <br />the location of the property in the block. <br /> <br />3.
