Mr. Foley explained that this area was across the road <br />from the eighty (80) acres that was rezoned last year. <br /> <br />Ms. Eileen Mathers, 721Neitzel Road, came before the <br />Mooresville Board of Zoning Appeals to voice her concerns about <br /> <br />the self storage units being built <br />stressed the fact that there would <br />caused by these self storage units, <br /> <br />on State Road 144. Ms. Mathers <br />be a great impact of traffic <br />and it would affect the <br /> <br />safety of children who attend the Nell Armstrong School. <br /> <br /> Mr. Abe Buchanan, a representative for Good Shepherd Baptist <br />Church, explained to the Board that the area was like a swamp <br />and wanted to know how Environmental Development would get the <br /> <br />water out of this area. <br /> <br /> Environmental Development Corporation <br />water would be gone after the installation <br /> <br />explained that the <br />of storm sewers. <br /> <br /> Environmental Development also explained to <br /> <br />they had signed an agreement with the State of Indiana <br />that said if traffic on State Road 144 became a hazard, <br />would be responsible for putting up a traffic light. <br /> <br />the Board that <br /> <br /> last year <br /> <br /> Environmental <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Alan Kramer to table the request for <br /> <br />a variance at State Road 144 for self storage units until the <br />next meeting. A second was made by Don Barry. Motion passed <br />3-1 with McGuire opposing. <br /> <br /> Ms. Janice Smith came before the Mooresville Board of Zoning <br />Appeals to request a variance at 9010 Raccoon Run Road. Ms. Smith <br />informed the Board that she wanted to have a produce stand in her <br />side yard. <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br /> <br />
