Moore for a variance on <br /> <br />Bunker Hill Road. The variance was requested because lot 4 of <br /> <br />Ms. Moore's Minor Plat would violate the width & depth ratio. <br /> The Board reviewed the proposed layout of the area. <br /> Motion was made by Don Barry to grant the request for the <br /> variance on lot 4 to Ms. Moore. A second was made by Alan Kramer. <br /> Motion passed 4 0. <br /> <br /> Zoning president McGuire Read the Findings of Fact, and all <br />of the notices had been sent on this request. <br /> <br /> Mr. Michael Ice came before the Mooresville Board of Zoning <br />Appeals representing Mr. Kenneth Johnson for a variance at 312 1/2 <br />Landersdale Road. Mr. Ice explained that Mr. Johnson wanted to <br />have his auto body shop at this location. <br /> <br /> Motion to grant the variance with the vehicles being re- <br />pairable and licensed was made by Alan Kramer.
