Board member Vern Kimmel advised the rest of the Board that <br />he had been out to Ms. Smith's area and felt that there would <br />be no problem with a produce stand in this location. <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Alan Kramer <br />variance at 9010 Raccoon Run Road. <br />Barry. Motion passed 4 - 0. <br /> <br />to grant the request for a <br />A second was made by Don <br /> <br /> Board president Charles McGuire read the Findings of Fact <br />see that everything was in order for the variance. All of <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />Ms. Smith's notices were in tact. <br /> <br /> Mr. Ralph Foley came before <br />Appeals to represent Ms. Shirley <br /> <br />the Mooresville Board of Zoning <br />J. Moore for a variance on <br /> <br />Bunker Hill Road. The variance was requested because lot 4 of <br /> <br />Ms. Moore's Minor Plat would violate the width & depth ratio. <br /> The Board reviewed the proposed layout of the area. <br /> Motion was made by Don Barry to grant the request for the <br /> variance on lot 4 to Ms. Moore. A second was made by Alan Kramer. <br /> Motion passed 4 0. <br /> <br /> Zoning president McGuire Read the Findings of Fact, and all <br />of the notices had been sent on this request. <br /> <br /> Mr. Michael Ice came before the Mooresville Board of Zoning <br />Appeals representing Mr. Kenneth Johnson for a variance at 312 1/2 <br />Landersdale Road. Mr. Ice explained that Mr. Johnson wanted to <br />have his auto body shop at this location. <br /> <br /> Motion to grant the variance with the vehicles being re- <br />pairable and licensed was made by Alan Kramer. A second was <br />made by Vern Kimmel. Motion passed 4 - 0. <br /> <br />3 <br /> <br /> <br />
