Mr. Kays said that he was concerned that this would <br />depreciate the value of their home. Parking on the street is <br />also a concern as it is a heavily traveled street. He also <br />said he felt this would be like a flea market. Laverne Hoffman <br />said this would not be a flea market but would be more like the <br />Coffee, Tea and Potpourri shop in Mooresville. <br /> <br /> Terry Hoffman asked about the parking lot and if it had <br /> <br />to be blacktop or concrete and was told yes. He said that <br />there would be no problem in complying. <br /> <br /> Steve 0schman asked about the hours. Laverne Hoffman <br />said the hours would be 9:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. Monday thru <br />Saturday and closed on Sunday. <br /> <br /> The Board then determined that the Hoffman's were in <br />compliance with the B2 requirements. <br /> <br />A motion was made by Steve 0schm~n to approve the <br />Variance as requested with parking, signs, etc. to be met <br /> <br />as discussed with this being <br /> <br />Edith Hawkins.
