the use and give a definition.

Tim Currens then questioned Don Barry regarding the compensation

on a weekly or monthly basis because some of this could be daily.

Don Barry felt that a daily basis would be like a transient. Tim then
questioned why only two persons and Don said a Boarding House stated
three persons so that was why he put a number. Tim indicated that a
number would not be necessary.

After further discussion, Tim Curren clarified that the zoning will
not change but that the use is just being defined. Tim Currens suggested
it be defined as a building with a room or rooms for rent not available
to transients in which no meals or furnishings are provided. Joe Beikman questioned if this use was allowable
in a business classification. After further discussion a motion was
made by Charles McGuire that this was not an allowable use in a business
classification. A second was made by Don Barry. Motion passed unanimously.

A Special E~cep tion request then came before the Board by Billy

and Janet Ferguson for certain business uses at property located at
9335 SR 67 Camby at County Line Road and SR 67. Alan Kramer said this
had been approved by the Planning Commission and was consistent with the
Master Use Plan. The Special Exception would include car sales, car
repair, trailer sales and trailer repairs. Alan Kramer pointed out that
since most of the other properties in this area are B3 and since they
are going for a more restricted zoning, this would be favorable.
