Tim said he would check to see if there were any extenuating circumstances <br />to see if this could change how we might want to handle. <br /> <br /> A motion was made by Vern Kimmel to table this request until the June 19th <br />meeting for further discussion. Charles McGuire made a second. Motion <br />carried unanimously. <br /> <br /> Mike and Donna Young, 152 Landersdale Road, came before the board to <br />reques~ a variance to utilize a post building as temporary living quarters <br />until their home is rebuilt at 206 Landersdale Road due to being destroyed <br />by a fire. Alan questioned Mr. Young as to how long the home had been <br />destroyed and he responded two years, two months and twenty-nine days. <br />Alan then asked if the building was already constructed and Mr. Young <br />replied that it was not. Mr. Young also stated that this would be ~urned <br />back into a barn after the home is rebuilt. <br /> <br /> Vern Kimmel made a motion to accept the petition. Charles McGuire <br /> <br />made a second. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br /> David Mascher, 555 Bethel Road made a request for a variance to allow <br /> <br /> for two (2) primary residences to be placed on the same property as they <br /> <br />wish to build a mother-in-law quarters. <br /> <br /> Melanie Roe, a neighbor, said she had a problem with the existing <br /> structure not being completed and asked if this was going to be completed. <br /> Mr. Mascher said he pays as he goes and will complete his as he can; however, <br /> his mother-in-law has her own money and this will be complete before she <br /> moves into it. <br /> <br /> Don Barry made a motion to grant a variance to build the mother-in-law <br /> house as requested. Vern Kimmel made a second stating he did have some <br /> reservations. Don Ba~y, Vern Kimmel and Alan Kramer voted to pass with <br /> <br /> Charles McGui~e voting against. Motion passed three to one. <br /> OLD,BUSINESS <br /> <br /> The Board reviewed the Findings of Fact regarding the Caperton Development <br /> Group and Roberson Woods and Roberson Village. This appeared to be in order. <br /> <br /> A motion was made by Vern Kimmel to accept the minutes of the April 17, <br /> 1991 meeting. A second was made by Don Barry. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br /> There being no further business to come before the Board, Charles McGuire <br /> made a motion to adjourn. Vern Kimmel seconded the motion.
